1:1 or Couples Coaching

This is your most individualized, ongoing support. Through regular coaching sessions, direct access to me between calls, and curated practices tailored to your goals, you can create the family and work life you’ve always wanted.

Consultation

Sometimes you just need clarity on a specific challenge. These one-time or limited sessions offer a focused, high-level perspective grounded in my wheelhouse - clinical expertise, child development, and family systems. Prep for your birth, weaning, sleep, feeding, traveling with kids, return to work, IEP/504 meeting, and more.

Referrals

When additional support is needed, I provide curated and trusted referrals. I’m lucky to know a lot of great folks. Medical support, therapists, OT, doulas, lactation, etc. I am happy to refer you to the experts I know and trust!

Mind-Body Healing

Parenting can do a number on our bodies, whether through nervous system activation or the physical challenges of pregnancy/postpartum and even carrying your kids. Through guided practices like breathwork, mindfulness, and trauma-informed yoga, we’ll reconnect you to your body as a source of strength and healing to regulate overwhelm, restore balance, and create space for insight. Somatic work can be integrated seamlessly into all sessions, or feel free to choose this as the primary focus of your sessions.

  • My services and skills are most useful for people who are thinking about having kids, trying to conceive (with or without fertility concerns), expecting, or new parents. Additionally, my skills can serve seasoned parents feeling lost or unsatisfied or facing a family transition like divorce, move, or illness. Who wouldn't benefit from a coach for their most important team?

  • A good coach can help ask the right questions and listen reflectively to help you reach insights about your own life. My training as a clinical social worker and my background in teaching allows me to infuse therapeutic techniques as well as child development knowledge. My style is warm, humorous, and relatable while also holding you accountable and knowing when to push with hard questions.

  • That would be totally great! My goal is to empower you, helping you feel confident in your own unique parenting style so you can make choices with intention. With your permission, I can provide resources and information about child development in order to inform your choices and ensure you are fully bought into whatever you decide!

  • Physical and mental wellness are inextricable from individual happiness. I believe that infusing mindfulness and yoga techniques throughout our work will allow you a holistic way to improve your wellness.
